Today I’d like to talk about the steps,　”How to setup a company in Japan”.

Basically, there are 4 steps to setup a company in Japan.

The first step is to decide about your company and prepare for the establishment.
And the second one is to notarize the article of incorporation at the public notary office.
The third one is to deposit the capital.
And then, the last one is to register your company.
